The Framework for the Certification of Highly Accomplished and Lead Teachers (the Framework) will ensure certification of teachers is rigorous and based on the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (Teacher Standards), noting the way in which certified teachers may be recognised or financially rewarded is an employment matter.
