Rosny College focused on feedback as a result of an audit recommendation to develop a common language of teaching and learning.
The school leaders and teachers agreed to adopt Dylan Wiliam’s five strategies of formative assessment, with their initial focus on feedback. Teachers have worked collaboratively in professional learning communities to build knowledge about effective feedback practices and to trial and refine strategies in their classrooms.
