Shayne Player is the principal of Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College, a government middle school in regional NSW. In this video Shayne shares thoughts on:

Shayne trained as a secondary history teacher. She has been propelled along the road to leadership not by ambition but by a drive to be the best teacher she could be for the students and people who showed faith in her ability. She is committed to learning, and has further qualifications in inclusive education.
