Woonona Public School has developed a whole-school approach to pedagogy and feedback, based on research. This ensures a consistent experience for all students, as well as a common language for teachers to discuss student progress and outcomes.
Collaborative data analysis allows for setting learning targets that address the next steps in learning. Teachers use a range of feedback practices, including pre-tests, success criteria, WAGOLLs, check-in activities and peer feedback.
