These stimulus cards were created to help you understand the Australian Charter for the Professional Learning of Teachers and School Leaders.
They are designed to provide support and guidance for school leaders and teachers when having conversations about professional learning in their school.
They will assist teachers and school leaders to unpack and use the Professional Learning Charter to:
influence the evaluation of current professional learning
support future planning of professional learning
evaluate and develop the professional learning culture of the school
align professional learning to desired improvements in student learning, engagement with learning and wellbeing
identify professional learning that is most likely to have an impact on the way that teachers work with students.
