Activate your account

You need to activate your AITSL account before you can log into the AITSL website. If you haven’t done this, find the email AITSL sent when you signed up for an AITSL website account (check your spam/junk folder).

If you can’t find the email or you’ve activated your account and are still having issues, complete the form on the Technical Support page above. 

Forgotten your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password or are not receiving password reset emails, complete the form on the Technical Support page above and we’ll manually reset your password. 

You need to activate your AITSL account before you can reset your password. If you haven’t done this, find the email AITSL sent when you signed up for an AITSL website account (check your spam/junk folder).

If you can’t find the email or you’ve activated your account and are still having issues, complete the form on the Technical Support page above. We’ll email you an interim password with details of how to reset your password.

As the Teacher Migration Services and Support Application portal is a different system to the AITSL website, your AITSL website login details won’t work for it. Register for a portal account at https://teachermigration.aitsl.edu.au/ 

If you are still having issues logging into the portal, send an email to: migration [at] aitsl.edu.au

As the Supervising Pre-service Teachers online modules (SPT) is a different system to the AITSL website, your AITSL website login details won’t work for it. Register for a SPT account at https://learning.aitsl.edu.au/signup/email

If you’ve previously registered for SPT but can’t log in, this may be because your account has been inactive. Email [email protected] to request reactivation of your account.

Please avoid registering again with a new email address, so the integrity of your records is maintained.
