360 Reflection Tool decommissioned
The 360 Reflection Tool was retired on 30 June 2025. This was in response to evolving user needs and our commitment to providing school leaders and principals with resources that remain relevant and aligned with their future needs.
What can leaders use instead?
Educators are encouraged to explore AITSL’s broader leadership development resources, including the Leadership Profiles, Leadership Scenarios, and Leading for Impact videos. These tools are designed to help principals and school leaders strengthen their capabilities and continue making a meaningful impact in their learning communities.
New and aspiring leaders can also reference the Professional Standards for Middle Leaders, developed in partnership with the Queensland Department of Education.
What if I already purchased the tool?
If you have purchased the tool before 30 June 2025, you have until 31 December 2025 to complete the survey and generate your report.
