In this Year 12 Physics lesson, Daniel Rabbett facilitated a range of classroom activities that aimed to provide students with a deep understanding of the lesson content. Daniel used effective classroom communication and engaging learning activities to
revise learnings previously taught concepts in an attempt to consolidate students’ understandings of key concepts.
Daniel’s explicit teaching of new information combined with students actively participating in the lesson promoted positive and inclusive learning opportunities. Daniel’s collaborative teaching methods enabled consistency in checking for student
understanding, assessing where students are at in their learning and to inform next steps for planning future lessons.
