Unique educators, unique challenges

There are three cohorts of teachers across Australia who find it difficult to access and undertake professional learning: early childhood teachers, teachers in rural, regional or remote (RRR) areas; casual/relief teachers (CRTs).

Through stakeholder consultations, we have identified the following high-level challenges these teachers face (this diagram is not exhaustive):
