Our School Our Future - Shaping the Future of Australian Schools resource is designed to help build the capacity of school leaders to respond to and manage the challenges of change in their schools.
The two-part resource includes an evidence based text book and resource book with practical activities designed to promote creative thinking and innovation in school planning.
Filmed interviews with leading school and education leaders focused on society and schools, and learning and teaching are available and can be streamed online or downloaded to complement the resource. The film resource guide provides a brief summary of each interview.
The resource was authored by Brian Caldwell and David Loader and was commissioned by the former Teaching Australia. It was published and launched by Education Services Australia in September 2010.
